Installation Note
Some of our lights are hardwired and connect directly to your home's mains supply, while others simply plug into a standard wall socket. If your light is hardwired, we recommend having it installed by a qualified electrician. If your light comes with a plug, no special installation is needed. Stepless dimming

Warranty
We believe in the quality of our lighting, which is why every light comes with a 100-day warranty as standard.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. If your light has a genuine defect, we will repair or replace it, or refund the purchase price. If the original model is no longer available, we will offer you a suitable alternative.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
Shipping + Returns
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and then take approximately 6–10 working days to arrive, so your order should be with you within 7–13 working days. Shipping is free and tracked on every UK order. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
