Where a fixture is dimmable, it's noted on the product page. Dimming generally also depends on pairing it with a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch.

Plug-in lamps are ready to go straight out of the box. Hardwired fixtures (most ceiling and wall lights) should be installed by a qualified electrician — this is noted on the relevant product pages.
